Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within Canada.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments made with Visa, MasterCard, and e transfer.

How come I don't see the style, size, or colour I want even though I've purchased it from your store before?

We don't put all our available inventory online. Please call us at 705-503-2547 (BLIS), and we're happy to assist you with the specific item you're looking for.

Do you sell swimwear online?

We do not sell any of our swimwear online. We do have an excellent in-store selection.

How should I care for my lingerie and delicates?

Can I redeem or purchase gift certificates online?
At this time, gift certificates cannot be sold or redeemed at Bliss Beneath online.
My size is not listed on some products online. Does this mean the product does not come in my size?
Not necessarily. We list all sizes that we stock in a particular product. Sizes that have a strikethrough are sizes that are currently not in-stock. Some of our basic styles re-stock, while seasonal or fashion styles won't. If your size does not appear selection for a particular product, there is a chance that is not made in that size. Contact us at [email protected] if you’d like us to look into sizing availability.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Bliss Beneath makes every effort to ensure that online orders are packaged and shipped to our clients in a timely manner, so orders cannot always be cancelled or changed after they have been placed. Should a change to your order or a cancellation be required, please contact us as soon as possible at 705-503-2547 and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the package is shipped.
If the item I want is out of stock in my size, how can I find out whether it will be restocked?
If the item is part of our basic collection, we will most likely be restocking it. Unfortunately, if the item is a seasonal/fashion product, or it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we may not be able to receive it again. If you are unsure if a specific item is able to be reordered, you may contact us at [email protected], and we will happily investigate this for you.
